How do I set up outlook with my company's ip telephone?

I have a stratus system with a toshiba IPT 2020-d telephone, how can I
configure this phone to work with my outlook contacts

I don't think Outlook works with telephones. Outlook works with modems,
using the Windows dialer to do so. Outlook doesn't have its own dialer.
