Display Name + email address in Address Book?
I use Outlook 2002. When I create a new message and click on the TO: or Cc:
buttons, I would like to be able to see the name PLUS the email address to select from. If you select the Address Book and create a message from there, this format (name + email address) is displayed as "Display Name". Help! -- ltruitt.btma |

What you'll see in the Name field of the Address Book interface is the File As value in the Contact items. That can't be changed. But since just to the right of Name, the Address Book interface also displays the "DIsplay As" field, which, unless you changed it, contains the "Name (email address)". Moreover, just to the right of that should be the "Email Address" field, which contains the address. So, all the information you seek is already displayed right there for you.
