outlook is duplicating my email and fax entries?
When I enter a contact in Outlook and fill in the line for a fax number, then
I go create a new email, I get a list of names from my contact list. Every contact that has their faxc number entered is listed twice in the list of names, one that is a legit email smtp email address and another that is a fax email number...Very annoying and does not work. I assume I need a patch or turn on/off a switch but can't find anything about this problem. Actually almost every station in our office has this problem to. We have Office XP, Pleae help. THanks |

Add an alphabetic character to the fax number field and it should obscure it
