How do I use e-mail 2 and e-mai 3 adresses in Outlook?
Thanks for varifying that Brian. So it is not a bug in my system...
Now, is there any way to change this to have the Action include all the E-mail addresses for multiple contacts? OK, I've verified the behavior you describe for Outlook 2002. If one contact is highlighted, ActionsNew Message to Contact places all of the contact's addresses in the To field, but if more than one contact is selected, only the "E-mail" address is added. -- Brian Tillman |
