How do I set up a new name with existing contact details?
I want to add a name to my contacts whereby all their contact details except
name and Job title are the same as an existing one, ie another person in a company i already have on file. Is there a way I can do this without having to rewrite all the other details such as address and phone numbers etc. |

Release the button and a conect menu will appear with the options "Copy" and "Cancel". Choose Copy. You'll now have two identical, identically named contact records. Open one and change it. -- Brian Tillman |
