Default how to Access the Child Node in XML Which is given in loop through VB

Hello
I am developing VB program.In my Program i have XML file.I want to
feach The Subchild in that XML where the child node is one and And sub
child is 20 i want to read the 20 subchild node in my vb program...Can
any one send sample code...
