can I prevent the copying or emailing of contacts data in outlook
we use Outlook in my home office, I would like to prevent people from being
able to copy or email these contacts with out permission. Happy to disable printing or emailing in this case as long as it does not effect email or printing elsewhere on the computer

No. Is it just the one machine or are there several computers?
