Outlook-be able to create distribution list from to/from in email

Outlook should be able to create a distribution list from the to/from/cc/bcc
fields in a mail message. It should also be able to accept a pasted list of
email addresses to build a distribution list, so I don't have to enter the
addresses one at a time.
