Sort Address Book
 

I know you've answered this question a million times! But I tried the
following:

Go to Tools E-mail accounts View or change existing directories or
address books Outlook Address Book Change. Set your sort order there

Yet my Address Book is still sorted by first name. I even closed Outlook
twice. The setting is still set to "File As (last name, first name)" but the
actual list will not change sort order. Please help!

Those instructions work for everyone. Most likely Outlook is not exiting
completely or your File As field is not set to Last, First.
