Outlook Calendar
When I forward by email an appointment from my work computer to my laptop,it
will not save the appointment on my laptop Outlook Calendar. There is no exchange server involved. Elaine |
Outlook Calendar
Exactly what steps are you using to forward. What happens on the laptop?

I right click on the event in the calendar and forward; which opens up my
Outlook email. The calendar icon is there as an attachment. I send the email from work to my home laptop. When I open the event and save, the even does not show up on my laptop Outlook Calendar. I am able to send email contacts this way & they save into my laptop address book just fine. Thanks for asking the questions, Sue! Before you click Send, doubleclick your underlined name/address in the To box and make sure that it's set for Outlook rich text format. Alternatively, use the Forward as vCal/iCal command.
