How do I display all entered phone numbers in Outlook?
I am trying to display custom fields in my contactsDetailed Address Cards
View. I went into All Fields and added the custom heading for each contact that I needed to have something different. If I go into ContactDetailed Address CardsViewArrange byCurrent ViewCustomize and add the custom heading created in the All Fields it will display for some. At some point the program will stop allowing custom fields to be added to the detailed address cards and all previous fields added disappear from the Detailed Address Cards View. Do you have any ideas about this problem? Is there a limit to the number of custom fields that can be added to the contacts? I did not find such a suggestion in the results of my search. I had also scanned the general topics in Help and did not see a reference to configuring or customizing views. Thank you very much. Did you look at how your Address Card view is configured or customized? -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Doug Johnson" Doug wrote in message ... I have recently begun using Outlook. I've entered contact information from the program I used previously. It appears Outlook is behaving inconsistently. For some contacts in the Contacts | Address Cards view, it displays every phone number I've entered. However, for other contacts, it only displays one or a few of the phone numbers or other data entered. I am only interested in the phone numbers and the address, not the free form text box. Have searched the Help facility and this forum without success. Suggestions or URLs with more extensive detail about Outlook would be appreciated. |
