Grouping of contacts
How do I put my different contacts into groups ( ex. friends, work etc.) so I
can send them mail more easily without having to put each of the adresses in every time? |
Grouping of contacts
Postal mail or electronic mail? For the latter you can use a Distribution
List, although they don't work very well and are not reliable. For the former, you can use Categories or separate Contact Subfolders. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rosenrot" wrote in message ... File New Distribution List.
I don't recommend DL's unless you need only small ones and don't need them often and are happy to recreate them every time they get corrupt. Usually Categories are a better alternative: http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2003/20030730.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Rosenrot" wrote in message ... For e-mail...
