Contacts
I wish to add multiple contacts for one company i.e. ABC Company and have
diffrent people under that one company and to have the contacts easaly linked to that company so when you are sending an email to a contact you only need to search for the company name and it will dispaly a list of the contacts, I know you can add the contacts sepertly but was wondering if their is any easy way for this to be done? |

Not very clear what you're asking here. How to "Add New Contacts from the
Same Company" (hint: look at the Actions Menu) or how best to group Contacts. Read this and see if it helps: http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/oloabcat.htm -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Ross Milne" wrote in message ...
