How do I merge 3 distribution lists together (Outlook 2003)

Currently I have 3 outlook distribution lists (each contains more than 20
contacts) in Outlook 2003 but need to create a new distribution list for
mailings that compose of a selection of contacts from all three distibution
lists.

I have to endure a painful process of selecting all three distribution
lists, expand them and remove certain contacts, prior to sending a message.
Is there a way for me to create a new distribution list that contains all
members from the 3 current distribution lists, so that I could remove those
contacts from this list.

Many thanks in advance,

Not really. You can nest DL's, however.
