Distribution Lists in Public Contact Folder
 

Public client fold has 3,133 records in it. This is supposed to be our
central marketing database. When I go in to send an email to somebody or
create distribution list, I get only 12-15 contact showing. What's is odd
about them is that their email address is showing up as the name plus their
fax number. I have many other clients that have fax numbers in their records
that apparently imported differently, yet I can't see any other clients but
those with this issue.

The list is set up as an address book already.

Any suggestions would be most helpful as microsoft tach supports has not
been able to help with this issue.
