How to import e-mail addresses from Excel to a distribution list.
I have a list of e-mails in Excel and want to make a distribution list in
Outlook of that Excel list. I transferred to Contacts and get a single entry with the Excel icon. But the list does not spread out nor does it create separate contacts. My list has Full Name, Company, State and E- mail address. |

Pasting into Member did n ot work. It picked up only one of 308. What did
work was pasting directly into the bcc box. All 308 pasted and are receiving the message. A tip I did not follow: Disable the read receipt function before sending. Whether it works or not depends on the format of the addresses, which you
did not specify. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "JJBESQ" wrote in message ... Pasting into Member did n ot work. It picked up only one of 308. What did work was pasting directly into the bcc box.
