how do I include e-mail 2 and 3 in my distribution messages

I have outlook 2003 and have a distribution list for my soccer team, In there
is have added additional e-mail addresses using the drop down (e-mail-2 etc)
when I send a team e-mail it only goes to the primary e-mail address and I
want it to go to all. Thoughts ?
Thanks

There is no drop-down as you describe in a DL. There is one in the Contacts
record, however. When you click Select Members when creating the DL, you're
presented with an Address Book containing all the electronic addresses of
all the contacts. Add as many as you wish, including E-mail2 and E-mail3
addresses, since they'll also appear in the Address Book.
