Two Contacts lists in "Select Names" when forwarding
When I want to select names to send/forward an email in Outlook 2003, I click
on "To" and the "Select Names" window opens up. It defaults to the forst of two "Contacts" folders I have. I can click on the second one which is where my Contacts email addresses really are, but the problem is when I try to add a new contact, it will enter that contact into the default folder, which is not used. How do I erase the first contact folder, or how do I move all of my contacts from the second folder to the first folder? |

Why did you configure Outlook to have two Contacts Folders, then? If you
only want one, put all your Contacts in the default Contacts Folder and remove the other. Then update your Outlook Address Book so it whows only the one folder. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob" wrote in message ...
