I need to add a second CONTACT List for new email subscribers??
IN Outlook there is only one Contacts folder to add email addresses to. How
do I add another separate Contact folder or address book? |

Two different things......Contacts is not a folder it is lke an address book.
You can see it under the mail category on the left column. Contacts IS a folder. View the Folder List and you'll see it there.
Make a new Contacts Folder. Or alternatively, use Categories to separate different types of people and keep them in 1 folder. You haven't explained why you want the folder so it's hard to advise you on the best way. I guess i'm not explaining myself clearly. Look to the left column of Outlook, on the bottom left of my outlook is four tabs, that go in order, "MAIL", "CALENDAR", "CONTACTS", TASKS". From what I see this IS NOT a typical folder but more of an ADDRESS BOOK. I have a contacts folder which has as any folder emails stored in it. HOWEVER, the CONTACTS tab, which I refer to as an address book has emails, but histories of each email and organizes by name, email, etc. This contact folder is what I use as an Address book to send to groups at a time and or to import into my mail campaign program. Each of the buttons you describe brings up a different navigation pane. What the Contacts navigation pane displays by default is the contents of your default Contacts *folder*. You may also see other contacts *folders* listed in the navigation pane as well. Using the File | New | Folder command, as I suggested earlier, to create a new contacts folder will put that folder as one of the options in the Contacts navigation pane.

What was throwing me off, is that under Mail Folders there is NO Contacts

That's because a contacts folder isn't a mail folder. The Mail navigation pane shows mail folders. The Contacts navigation pane shows contacts folders. The Folder List navigation pane shows all folders.

Thanks Sue. Ok, this is where I am at. I created a Contacts Folder.
However, the new Contacts folder (Contacts 2) is NOT showing up in the lower left Navigation pane. But, when I click on Contacts, above shows 2 contacts folders, the old and the new. But I can't see how I can Drag and Drop email address in this new folder. I can only drop into the old Contacts in the Navigation pane. ??
