Address Book different between Outlook 2000 and 2003
I am having a small issue at a client. In Exchange 2000, they have a
Public Folder that has a list of shared contacts. They view this as an address book so they are able to find an address when they are composing an email. Well, the contents of the Contact view in Outlook is exactly the same in both versions. But, in Outlook 2000, there seems to be more contacts. In Outlook 2003, it is as if some are missing. Why would this happen? I have verified it is not the client machine. Another box running Outlook 2003 has the same issues. Thanks in advance! Charlie |
