Adding Additional Address books
 

receiving an error message "Account not confirgured properly. It might not
work properly until fully configured."
Outlook 2002.

Trying to get outlook to recognize my contacts in the address book.

Tools/Email Accounts/Directory/View or change existing
directories/add/additional address books/

neither outlook nor personal address book will work, give above error
message. the short way from contact properties is greyed out.

Adding Additional Address books
 

Message means you have not even set up a valid mail transport yet in this
profile. Do so. You must have a functioning Outlook profile before you
attempt to add the Outlook Address Book Service.
