How do I change Display Name?

When I go into Admin - Users - and then see the email info, I can change
everything except the display name? Where do I go to change the display name?
(I'm using Outlook 2002)

How do I change Display Name?

Display name for email account in folder's list view? If so, I think you
right click in folder's view on Personal Folder, or the folder, and then you
will see the display name that can be updated. I think some versions of
Outlook are different, so it is possible the display name will not update,
but will be a text field.
