Contact displays
When I enter new contacts, and the contact window opens after name entry, the
name appears as follows: Mr. Herman John. Why is the last name appearing where the first name should be? Is there a glitch in my system? |

You've posted no information that would permit an answer.
Post your Outlook version. Post the setting you specified for your Full Name field in Contacts. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Fr. M" Fr. wrote in message ... I am using Outlook 2003 edition. I am entering the information in the
contacts folder by opening the "check full name" screen. When I enter the information in the appropriate boxes and click "o.k." the name appears in the "full name" box as Mr./Mrs. "last name" "first name." It does it now on every entry and I am not sure how to correct this. I hope this is more clear. "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: You've posted no information that would permit an answer. From your question, you gave the answer. That setting was LastFirst; I had
never seen this setting before. Thanks! "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Not really. You did not post the settings you specified for the Full Name field.
