I don't think you are answering the question. I have the same problem. I have
some names in my contact list that are all in the same category. I want to send an email to eveyone who is in that category. How do I do that? I don't want to have so select by NAME, I want to select by Category. |

Thank you for explaining this. Because I am usually in the email part of
Outlook when I want to send an email to someone, it did not occur to me that I could start an email from the Contacts page. Honestly, I spent a lot of time in the Microsoft Help section and could never find the answer there. |

When I try to send the email to the Category group it flags the first contact
without an email. I don't have an email for them so I hit "Cancel" which then seems to cancel sending the entire email. Any suggestions? -- Mark W "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Same answer was also posted 2 days ago in this very thread. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "carolyn" wrote in message ...
