Try putting the distribution list in the BCC (Blind Carbon Copy) field

can i have only the RECIPIENT to show in the "TO:" box, not the sender. can i have control over the sender's name and E-mail ? There was a way of putting the name of the distribution list in the To: filed
and all it showed was the distribution list name. I had received email from people with the To: field as Undisclosed receipients. how was that done? Outlook provides no such option natively. You can place a bogus Contact
