How do I stop Outlook 2003 from adding names to my contact file?

How do I stop Outlook 2003 from adding names automatically to my contact
file when I send a message? I don't need to save all the addresses in the
contact file.

You are mistaken.
Outlook 2003 does not and cannot do this unless you've expressly written
code to do so.
Explain why you think it is.
