Duplicate Contact Detection Outlook 2003 Custom Form

I have read where this still doesn't work with 2003, but that brings me
to two questions.
1. Why does look-up contact work?
2. Can you change look-up contact to search by name instead of email
address?

Thanks,
...Chris
