I am working with bcm 2003. I was told earlier that this option is not
supported with this version. One question is therefore why are we allowed to create new fields and cannot utilize them. The other question is what is the "All Fields page"? Business Contact Manager uses a custom database interfaced with Outlook. Its items are not like normal Outlook items.
THe All FIelds page is the page on an Outlook item that shows all the fields on that item. It may not be visible on all forms, depending on the form designer's preference. FWIW, you should ask questions related to BCM in the microsoft.public.outlook.bcm group. -- Sue Mosher, Outlook MVP Author of Configuring Microsoft Outlook 2003 http://www.turtleflock.com/olconfig/index.htm and Microsoft Outlook Programming - Jumpstart for Administrators, Power Users, and Developers http://www.outlookcode.com/jumpstart.aspx "Vanessa" wrote in message ... I found the all fields in contacts and want to know how do I sent up the
user-defined fields? I tried to create one but it won't keep the unique data. It sets one value to all contacts. Also, I have several contacts linked to one contact. How can I get this in a listing?
