Franklin Covey Page Setup
 

I am trying to print my contacts for my Franklin Covey Planner. The size of
mine is "Pocket".

Basically there are two "pages" on 8.5 x 11 paper. The top and bottom
margins are 2.5", the side margins are .5" (to account for the holes) and
there is 1.5" between the two "pages" I have tried to create a custom layout
but am unable to do it. There are other options for Franklin Covey, Day
Timer... but none match my templete. Any help would be greatly appreciated....
