I have a user whose PC, Outlook 2002 stopped recognizing vcards yesterday. I
tried to reassociate thevcf extension with outlook, but the system will not
allow me to create a vcf extension. However there is a vcs extension
associated with outlook. Any suggestions in how I can get this functionality
working again?

I did run a detect and repair as well.
