Printed Date Format

I have added a field called ServiceDate to my Contacts. The preferred format
for this field is m/yyyy, that is March 2007 is displayed as 3/2007. When
updating a contact, only the month and year are entered; never a day or time.

In display mode (table format or form) ServiceDate looks exactly like we
want it: m/yyyy.

However, when printing a contact, the ServiceDate appears WITH a day and a
time that were never entered. Ex: 03/11/2007 09:00:00

Can anyone tell me how to control the format of dates when printing a contact?

TIA!
