How do I set up a new profile

Why would you need to? A new profile won't fix a PST file, and you can
certainly create a new PST file without creating a new profile.
You did not post your Outlook version. The KB contains instructions on how
to create a new profile. Read the one that applies to your version.

Thanks for the response. I am using Outlook 2003. If you have the
