Default Outlook 2003 Phone Number format.

How do I stop outlook automatically formatting phone numbers.?

If I type 12345678 , I want it to stay as is,not " +International Code
(area code) 1234-5678 "

Default Outlook 2003 Phone Number format.

Put a comma or other non-numeric character in front and Outlook won't format it.
