Custom contact form in Outlook 2003
Hi,
I developed a custom contact form for a client, which they are using in a public folder (accessible as Read Only by all). Users can open any contact and view this custom form without issue. Here is the problem: When using the "Look for" field in the public contact folder, *some* users are presented with the default contact form when opening a contact. If the folder is not filtered, the custom form is displayed upon opening. Any thoughts as to why the default shows up when the folder is filtered? Thanks in advance! Laura |

Known problem, resolved by applying the latest service pack.
