Outlook Contact Fields/Outlook Connector

Can anyone point me to technical information that describes what specific
Outlook fields are synchronized in Outlook Connector. I'm getting very
erratic results and would like to find out what limitations in Outlook
Connector I may be experiencing. MS Technical Support said all fields are
synchronized to the MSN server, but I'm not finding that to be the case.
