How do I send an e-mail to everyone within a common Category ?

I would like to send an e-mail to contacts who have a common Category setting.

I've tried two ways to do this, but neither worked.

1. I filtered my Contacts based on Category. That produced a list of the
people I want to send a message to, but there was no way to copy/paste their
information into the To: field of an e-mail message.

2. I tried to create a Distribution List based on Contact Category, but
again, there is no way I can see to copy/paste the contacts into the DL.

Display your contacts in the By Category view, select the category, then
click ActionsNew Message to Contact.
