Default Issues With Custom Outlook Contact Forms

I thought I posted a message prior to this one, but do not see it in the
posted threads, so am starting over.

Here is the issue

I am using Outlook 2003. I have creted a custom address card for my business.
When I am in "Address Card" view I am not able to see the contact's address.
It's there when I open the contact but when I click the "Address" button (the
one that normally pops up when the address is not recognized) there is no
address.

To furhter compound the problem, when I merge to mailing labels those with
the "invisible" addresses do not have the addresses on the labels.

I'm at somewhat of a loss. Some of the contacts are using the default
Outlook Contact form, others my custom contact form. Is there a recommended
way to fix the problem and get everything back to some semblance of order?

The layout of the Address Card view and the layout of your custom contact form have nothing to do with each other. The Address Card view doesn't show a field if no data exists in that field. You might want to check to see exactly what fields your Address Card view is set to display. The same field issue will come up with mail merge -- check what fields you have actually entered data in.

That's the problem. When I open thecustom contact I can see data in the
address field but whenI close the data is not visible and when I print labels
the addresses are missing.

You still haven't said what address field. Outlook has lots. Look on the All Fields page to see what fields contain data. Make sure those are the fields displayed in the address card view and used in mail merge.
