Can Outlook Contact link to OWA? If yes, pls give guide to configure it.

Outlook Contact

OWA is an Exchange app. Ask in an Exchange group and make sure you specify
which version of Exchange you are using.

Since both Outlook and Outlook Web Access should reference the same mailbox
on the Exchange server, both should show the same information. If you have
a local PST, OWA cannot access it in any way.
