How do I apply contacts to other computers?

I recently cleaned out all of the old/doubled addresses and updated all of
the current addresses in my Microsoft Outlook 2003 program here at the
office. How can I apply that list to all of the other computers that I have
at my home address and at my ranch office without spending HOURS of work
doing each computer?

Create a new PST, copy your Contacts folder to it, close the PST, and close
Outlook. Put the PST on a flash drive, take it home, and put it on the hard
drive there or zip it up and mail it to your home address. Once it's on the
home machine (making sure you don't overwrite any existing PST), open it in
Outlook, open the Contacts folder it contains, and copy all the items
(CTRL-A will select them all) in it to the existing contacts folder. If you
want to replace the contents of your existing folder, delete its contents
first.

1. How do I create a new PST?
2. How do I copy that into the folder?

FileNewOutlook Data File

How do you copy what into the folder? The PST? WIth WIndows Explorer, of
course, just like you copy any file. If that's not what you mean, please be
explicit.
