All Categories do not show up in Shared Contacts
I update contact lists for two in my office that share their contact lists
with me. Why do I not have their complete 'category' list to choose from even though I am actually in their contacts? |
All Categories do not show up in Shared Contacts
Because Outlook always shows you *your own* category list, plus categories actually on the individual item. Another user's category list is private and available only to that user.
