Creating a "catalog"

I am trying to create a "catalog" from outlook 2003 contacts. Is there a way
that this can be done? I thought I had read something once but I cannot find
it now. I would like to be able to include photos as it is for a church
directory. Thank you.

Not quite sure what you mean by "catalog."
It sounds like you might be asking about a mail merge. A Catalog is one of
the possible destinations for a mail merge.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and catalogs. For an overview of these functions
take a look he

I think she means that her final goal is a paper directory that shows each
person's contact information, including a photo.
