Many of my contacts in my Outlook 2003 contacts folder have more than one
email address i.e., email 1 and email 2 in the contact card. I would like to
be able to have Outlook automatically populate the To: line of a new email
message with all of the associated email addresses within the email field for
a contact when I type their name in the To: line.

For example, Bob Smith's contact card has and
as email addresses. I want to type "bob smith" in the To line
and have Outlook automatically insert the two addresses.

I realize that I could create a distribution list for each contact that
includes the contact's multiple email addresses, but that would be too much
work so I don't want to go there.

Outlook does provide me with a choice of email addresses in situations where
more than one email address exists for a contact, but it doesn't let me pick
two email addresses at a time. Instead, I have to select each addresses
individually and this is time consuming.

Has anyone found a way to do this?
