I have access to others Outlook contacts. One of these individuals has 1113
contacts that I want to export. When I go into his contacts (from my
computer) and go to File, Import/Export, Export File, Excel -- it then takes
me to my own inbox, not the one I started in. Is there any way to complete
this task from my computer?

YOu would have to copy that folder to your mailbox or a .pst file.

Just a FYI, in the event that your export requirements are going to be a
repetitive process, CG Exporter does allow you to select any contact folder
that appears in your Outlook folder list without needing to do anything else
(http://www.contactgenie.com/cgxfeatures.htm).

Thanks Sue. There was a copy in my folder but it still didn't work. We
exported it into a .pst file and imported it back into my contacts, which now
works like a charm. Thank you.
