Dear all,

can any one suggest me how to get the email address while typing in
To column, without going and selecting in address book or by pressing
Ctrl+k.

What version of Outlook are you using? Auto-fill was added in OL2003, if I
remember right

In OL2002 (XP) it works if you give it a second after the third letter of
the name by which they are sorted in the FileAs field.

Outlook 2002 has autocompletion as well as autoresolution (what you describe
here). Enable the feature with ToolsOptionsE-mail OptionsAdvanced E-mail
OptionsSuggest names while completing To, Cc, and Bcc fields.
