how to set up a distribution list using categories as filters
 

I want to set up a distribution list of everyone in a particular category. Is
there a way I can simply specify that, or do I need to individually add each
person to the list?

A little workaround is necessary:
- Create a temporary Contact folder with the setting 'Show as e-mail address
book'
- Select all contacts the a category
- Copy the selected contacts into the new Contacts folder
- Create a new Distributionlist
- Click 'Chose Members'
- In the upper right corner select the new address book
- Now you can select all of the address book's items and add them to the DL.

After that's done I'd delete the temporary contact folder.
