In Detailed Address view most (but not all contacts) have a blank title field
(top line) and a supurious email 2 field which corresponds to the 'file as' field. Almost looks as if Outlook has miscounted fields per record somehow. Outlook 2000 SP3 in corporate mode.yorks-eng |

You can try resetting the view -- View | Current View | Define Views, select
