Outlook 2000 Contacts Blank Title field
 

In Detailed Address view most (but not all contacts) have a blank title field
(top line) and a supurious email 2 field which corresponds to the 'file as'
field. Almost looks as if Outlook has miscounted fields per record somehow.

You can try resetting the view -- View | Current View | Define Views, select
Detailed Address Cards in the list, and click the Reset button.
