Outlook 2007 - Distribution List creation

I have names in "Contacts" and also in sub-folders in Contacts such as "My
Street". I want to create a list uing the names in "My Street" but I am only
offered the first level "Contacts" to choose from - none of the sub-folders
appear for me to use.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Right click each additional contacts folder, select properties and under the address book tab, mark each one as an Outlook Address Book.

Any particular reason why you have a contact in more than one folder?
