Custom Form Contacts - Icon

Do custom form contacts use a different icon than a regular contact?

I have noticed a lot of Contacts in my work list have a yellow sheet with a
blue thumbpin in it as opposed to the driver's license looking icon I am
accustomed to seeing. I am just now noticing this because I typically only
used address cards views and have switched now to a view by Categories.

I just want to make sure it is not something else, it almost looks like it
could be a Note icon (not that I know what that looks like either).

I am in Outlook 2003 SP2 pulling from an Exchange Server.

Thanks Judy, can I get an abridged short answer? Maybe even medium or quasi
long :) ?

I can get caught up in details easily and like to comprehend what I see and
why. Thanks again.

You may need to head "up the corridor" to the forms Newsgroup for details -
it's probably already explained there so do a search.
