Hi,

I used MS Word 2003 to create a signature (with logo) for colleagues
and saved it as a webpage. While emails by some colleagues were sent
and received with the signature nicely intact, the signature appears
with borders surrounding it (should be w/o borders) for some
colleagues. All are using XP and Outlook2003. Would appreciate advice
on how this can be resolved from anyone. We are a small company with
no in-house IT support. Thanks!

Did you use a text box?
I'd say it's a Word specific feature you might not get if you use a
"regular" html editor.
The Word guys will know the cause if you want to use Word - try a Word
group.
